Strategies
In 2002, Realtek began a process of "Kaisen"
(Japanese term for constant improvement) both internally and
externally for our customers.
We felt that if Realtek could talk the talk, we needed to walk
the walk and look at how we could bring valuable changes to
ourselves and our clients.
If we are to grow, we need to ensure our clients grow with us
and become more globally competitive.
From this, we have begun working with our key clients to
develop service and support products to address these needs and to
help them continue to grow domestically and internationally.
Making a Difference through:
- High technology products
- Market knowledge and skills
- Technical support in sales, service & training
- OH&S Risk Assessments
- Creating a strong market presence

Highlights
COMS2007
COMS is the leading
international conference on the commercialisation of micro and nano
technologies.
Micro and nano
technologies are disruptive technologies that will influence our
future economies across every sector - trillions of $’s in new
wealth over the next century. Technologies that will reshape every
industry and nation, profoundly influencing our quality of life and
the way we live. As with all disruptive and revolutionary
technologies, businesses will boom and businesses will disappear.
Industries and regions will be created, revived and evolutionised.
Whole new classes of products and markets previously not possible
will be, and are, emerging.
COMS addresses the
issues of opportunity realisation - from research, technology
transfer, manufacturing processes, facilities, infrastructure,
investment, applications and markets, to unique issues such as
regulatory, social implications, education and workforce
development.
