FOX
IFS
FOX IFS presents a quality solution
for the collection of coolant and oil mist.
With
sizes ranging from 250 to 2000m3/h, the new WS series is
characterised by a sophisticated design and compact dimensions.
The WS oil mist collector involves three different stages of
filtration:
Stage 1 - Prefiltration. Accumulation of particles with slow
efficient draining.
Stage 2 - Centrifugal. Continuous discharge of condensed
particles.
Stage 3 - Final filtration. Around 99% filtration efficiency.
Specifically developed for the elimination of mist, vapour,
smoke, and odours typical of wet machining operations, these
mechanical filters can also be employed in mixed applications
(wet/dry), and for EDM machines.
Maintenance requires less than 5 minutes for the complete
replacement of filters. The result is a considerable saving in
time an costs across the life of the unit.

Highlights
COMS2007
COMS is the leading
international conference on the commercialisation of micro and nano
technologies.
Micro and nano
technologies are disruptive technologies that will influence our
future economies across every sector - trillions of $’s in new
wealth over the next century. Technologies that will reshape every
industry and nation, profoundly influencing our quality of life and
the way we live. As with all disruptive and revolutionary
technologies, businesses will boom and businesses will disappear.
Industries and regions will be created, revived and evolutionised.
Whole new classes of products and markets previously not possible
will be, and are, emerging.
COMS addresses the
issues of opportunity realisation - from research, technology
transfer, manufacturing processes, facilities, infrastructure,
investment, applications and markets, to unique issues such as
regulatory, social implications, education and workforce
development.
